A must for aperitifs, fiestas and cocktails, but not only! Detox juices and natural drinks are also on offer.

Our commitments
In line with our convictions, we encourage local producers who share our values and are located within a maximum 150 km radius of the hotel. Our partners include :
- the Cave Sylla and Domaine de Jeanne for their fruity Luberon wines
- la Maison du fruit confit for its nougat, candies and lavender honey
- the market gardeners of the Apt market, an exceptional market in the Luberon, for their fruits and vegetables bursting with sunshine and vitamins
We also fight against food waste and for selective sorting.

- Full board: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Breakfast: all-you-can-eat buffets, hot and cold drinks, sweet and savory pastries.
- Lunch and dinner: self-service for hot dishes; starter, cheese and dessert buffets, wine at discretion.
- Lunch/dinner outside the set menu: €25/adult and €15/child

- Lunch: 12:30 pm to 2 pm
